On 22nd April 2023 there was a successful Rally at Whitehall under the new Banner of Not Our War.
This was the brainchild of David Clews of Unity News, who has combined words with action throughout the recent period of fighting for freedom.
Over the past three years it has been the draconian abuse of powers, using the covid-19 “pandemic,” and lately it has been a range of other issues including over zealous net zero objectives, 15 minute cities, low emission zones, transgender agendas and much more.
The worst threat to society, to free speech and to our way of life, is the campaign by several USA led NATO countries to perpetuate and exacerbate the conflict in Ukraine.
The UK government led at the time by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, scuppered a proposed peace deal between Ukraine and Russia over a year last April by offering billions in aid and weaponry. This military and other aid continued under his successors Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak. The level of warmongering by the UK government has now reached obscene levels.
There is no British or indeed world interest served by prolonging a pointless war, yet the public is treated to bizarre propaganda that Ukraine can win it and that providing offensive and dangerous weapons can somehow bring about peace!
The reality is that Ukraine had no chance from day one and those who insist that Ukrainian men continue to fight are simply sending them to a cauldron of death and injury.
The conflict continues to escalate in terms of the scale of the weaponry provided by mainly NATO members, to such a degree that caution seems to be thrown to the wind.
In this sort of scenario these countries are walking a nuclear calamity tightrope, yet they appear to be oblivious to it.
It short, a number of NATO countries seem to be led by so called leaders with no statesmanship and no diplomatic skills, and thus more and more of their citizens are losing confidence in their abilities to keep the world a peaceful and safe place.
It is in this dangerous climate that this first public rally decided to unite and fight for peace.
There is also a recognition that NATO is past its sell by date, it was originally created to defend against any threat from the communist Soviet Union, which no longer exists.
NATO now seems to have been taken over by certain American globalist vested interests, and no longer abides by its original charter and objectives.
It also totally let the people of Afghanistan down by handing their country over to the Taliban, taking away many hard fought for rights and freedoms.
NATO has become an offensive organisation and has sadly become a threat to world peace.
So there were speakers of the so called patriotic freedom political spectrum( including me), but also two No to Nato speakers and one from a Stop the War branch.
This happened because those agreeing to share the same platform agreed other political disagreements were irrelevant if we were destroyed by a nuclear war.
On Thursday 25th May there was an online public meeting hosted by No2Nato No2War which followed the theme of those of different opinions working together to prevent war escalation and nuclear calamity.

Lauren Wilson the No2Nato No2War organiser is also a key organiser in the Workers Revolutionary party of Great Britain, so this meeting’s key speaker was George Galloway, plus six others including David Clews.
George Galloway had already shown he could work with others for a good cause, when he helped campaign for Scotland to remain in the UK in the 2014 referendum.
He had also at the recent Holyrood elections created and stood with others under a unity banner.
People in the freedom cause should need no concerns about uniting with those of other political persuasions, as we have found that the freedom cause is made up of those of different other political views.
However, what is significant about this development of people deciding, left and right, to unite and fight, is that we have built a bridge of unity which has a good chance of succeeding.
We face a major challenge and that is the government’s stranglehold on mainstream media reporting on any alternative opinions to their own on Ukraine and Russia policies.
We know that if there was the free flow of information to the public, and if there was free debate on the issue, the government’s policies on Ukraine and Russia would not last 24 hours.They are simply not in the UK’s or world’s interests.
We appeal for help and need people to sign the petition.
This will help in our own battle for Britain as these government policies are destroying our economy and standard of living and are untenable for all of us.
