Richard Hubert Barton

Sociologist, world traveller and writer, Richard Hubert Barton was born in 1948 in the mining town of Walbrzych (Poland). In 1972 moved to Great Britain and after one year of living in London he migrated to Australia. Until 1920, all of his ancestors lived in Russia. It has always been his strong desire to settle and live permanently in the Russian Federation and in 2022, he became a Russian citizen. Since 1993 Richard has focused primarily on travelling in Russia and the ex-Soviet republics. His most recent book is The End of the USA as We Know It (published in December 2021 in Moscow).
