When it comes to meetings that determine the trajectory of global development, the first half of June was a busy time. The G7 Summit was held in Bavaria, and the Bilderberg Club conducted its annual meeting next door in Austria on June 14. Many of the participants in that club’s meetings carry more weight than the presidents and prime ministers from the Group of Seven.
